PRAPS is a programme directed towards vulnerable groups in the French society. According to the programme “access to prevention and care for vulnerable populations is a priority objective of healthcare policies”. Therefore PRAPS is implemented jointly by the State, regional public health organisations, regional authorities and health insurance companies by allowing them to run coordinated programmes. The programme aims at providing adequate information to the vulnerable groups and facilitating coordination between the main actors in the health field.
